Seneca Farms Community Updates: At the annual meeting held on March 29, 2017, Homeowners elected a new Board of Directors for Seneca Farms. At the Board’s first meeting, they appointed Joshua Nash as President, Shannon Volkodav as Vice President, John Millican as Treasurer, April Ragland as Secretary and Oscar Rivera as Member At Large. They look forward to serving you throughout the year!

Please be on the lookout for our 2017 Homeowner Feedback Survey there will be a link posted inside the annual HOA letter sent out in the next few days. The survey is really important and will take about 10 minutes to read and complete. The survey covers amending our covenants and potential capital improvement projects and we would like each homeowner to have their input. The survey will be open until 11:59 pm EST 5/15.

Make plans to join us for our annual Summer Kickoff Pool Party/BBQ on Saturday, May 13th from 6 pm – 8 pm at the pool! We’ll provide grilled hot dogs, chips and drinks. We hope to see you there! The pool opens for the season the morning of May 12th and key fobs assigned to Homeowners in good standing will be activated for use. We’ll mail out our annual pool opening letter to all owners with additional opening information. The Social Committee is organizing a neighborhood yard sale on Friday, May 19th and Saturday May 20th from 9 am - 4 pm each day.
